announce our Grand Prize Winner:
Pan-seared black cod and lobster tail with Argentinean chimichurri,
herb roasted chanterelle mushrooms, gnocchi and petite peas in a thyme
cream sauce. This dish has a perfect balance of flavors with Argentinean,
Italian, and French influence.
